A fantastic take away located in North Prospect! There’s always a bit of a wait for the food, but it’s worth it. The menu is varied and everything is cooked fresh, so it’s understandable. If you like fish and chips, this is the place to go in Plymouth!

Best fish n chips in Plymouth hands down and I’ve tried all the good ones. This place has become a weekly guilty pleasure now and portion sizes are huge. Only large chips will serve 2/3. Prices great too.

If you want a fish and chip shop that tops taste and portion size for that epic treat.... Then look no further than Francies. It doesn't just supply the local community and passers by, it supply the dockyard and many other working companies in the area. Not just amazing food but service too, not many food sellers can be more than just a shop but this is.

I'm not actually a huge fan of fish and chips but when my family wants it, this is now my go to chippy! It's great, it feels like going back in time to the good old days of my childhood. Friendly staff, very reasonably priced, quick service and good quality food. I hope this business continues to thrive and wish we had more like it! I'd highly recommend!
